Her areas of practice include residential/commercial real estate, business/corporate law, wills, estates. Ms Perlin has a great deal of experience with litigation and had spent the first part of her career representing clients from small claims court to the Court of Appeal. As an award winning instructor, she has taught both at Ryerson University and Seneca college. Her passion for teaching has been extended to tutoring students who are writing the Licensing Exams (previously called the Bar Admission Exams). Ms. Perlin’s ability to explain the subject areas in a concise and easy to understand manner, enables the students to grasp even the most complicated material. Tutoring sessions are individual or up to a group 
of three.
